Alliance Francaise de Westchester

Alliance Française is a worldwide federation that encourages an appreciation for all aspects of the French language and Francophone cultures.

Founded in 1962, AFW is the Westchester County, NY chapter of the Alliance Française. AFW offers a wide range of courses in the French language at all levels to all ages. AFW offers a variety of social and cultural events, including lectures, discussion groups, cooking classes, book clubs, French food and wine tastings and celebrations of Francophone holidays.

AFW is a non-profit organization welcoming everyone with an interest in the French language and Francophone cultures as we seek to teach the French language, promote cultural exchange and mutual understanding between Francophones and Francophiles of all backgrounds in our local and surrounding communities.
